The location of the hotel is convenient, with easy access to the main road and public transportation. the staff at the hotel's reception were exceptionally helpful and friendly, providing excellent customer care. the rooms were clean and comfortable, with a cozy bed and a well-maintained bathroom. One advantage of staying here is the availability of a hotel shuttle service for convenient airport transfers. the hotel has room service, housekeeping staff, and security who are quick in their responses, promising a hassle-free stay.
The hotel's location may be a drawback for some, as it is situated on a service road adjacent to the Outer Ring Road, resulting in constant traffic noise.

Spent Christmas in this wonderful budget hotel. the staff was fantastic, going out of their way to make sure we were comfortable. the room was clean and cozy, and the hotel shuttle was a very helpful service. Plus, the location was amazing -- just a short walk from some great restaurants and shops.
The traffic noise outside, but that's just the nature of the location. we had a great experience and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area during the holidays.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Bangalore and had a wonderful experience. The staff were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable. They even provided a shuttle service from the airport, which was a convenient and thoughtful touch.
All in all, I had a fantastic stay and there was nothing that I felt needed improvement.

The customer care at the hotel was impressive and commendable. The staff, including the manager Mr Murugan and his team, were exceptionally helpful and friendly. The room was clean and comfortable, and the housekeeping staff was quick and efficient. the hotel provided a convenient shuttle service from the airport.
The location of the hotel was a drawback as it was situated on a service road along a busy road, resulting in constant traffic noise. There were limited amenities in the vicinity, such as supermarkets, restaurants, and shops, which required crossing the outer ring road and exploring the streets south of it.
